Mesavita Engineering is an agile and innovative small business providing technical expertise to the U.S. Intelligence community. When you look closer though, you’ll find something truly special. We’re a close knit team who takes pride in the work we do for our country and are building this company together to be part of something bigger and better than ourselves. When Mesavita Engineering was formed, we thought very deliberately about what kind of company we wanted to be. We’ve seen too many companies talk a good game, but then act a different way. Not at Mesavita. We built our company around three principles that guide every aspect of our day-to-day operations. We even put them into a math formula… because we’re techy like that.
Mesavita has an uncompromising dedication to Excellence in every capacity. It is a constant state of mind. Everyone here is an expert in their field and expects nothing short of the best from themselves and each other.

- Family and Friends – A lot of us work to support those we love, but our care extends beyond familial ties. We want to see our colleagues excel too, accomplishing more together than what we could do alone.
- Community – Helping others is the right thing to do. Mesavita donates a portion of all profits to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children every year and matches employee’s donations to the charities of their choice as well. We’re also actively engaged in local community events.
Get. Stuff. Done. Mesavita is Results driven. When supporting critical missions in the Intelligence Community, failing to deliver is not an option. We take the same approach to our internal operations as well, ensuring no effort or cost is spent unless it produces a tangible improvement for our customers, the business, or our employees.
