  • We pay top dollar for the industry’s best talent.  You get paid for every hour you work, and you’ll enjoy a substantial pay differential added to your rate for any time worked over 1,880 hours in a year.
  • Flex your time with 5 weeks of leave already built into your rate (Mesavita employees earn a full years’ pay while only working 1,880 hours per year) – no waiting to earn your time off like at other companies.
  • Receive 40 hours of additional paid leave, frontloaded to you every January 1, to cover unexpected absences.  Didn’t use it?  Don’t worry, unused balances get paid out as cash at the end of the year!

12% Company Contribution to Your 401K

We contribute 12% of your earned pay every paycheck, even if you don’t put anything in, and you’re immediately 100% vested.  Simple as that.

Receive free CareFirst medical insurance for you and all of your dependents, or upgrade to one of our plans that provide out of area coverage or no deductible.  If you don’t need insurance, we’ll give you an annual $10K cash bonus.  Mesavita also provides comprehensive Dental and Vision insurance as well, and don’t worry about Life, AD&D, Short-Term Disability, or Long-Term Disability insurance because we cover those in full for all of our employees.  Another example of how Mesavita puts you first.

Training, Tech, & Education

When you invest in yourself everyone wins, so we want to help!  Mesavita provides each employee with a $5,000 annual budget that they can spend on education, training, conferences, and technology research – including a $2,500/yr personal technology budget.  You can even use this to pay for your time while taking a training class so you don’t need to take leave!

Paid Parental Leave

Bringing a new baby into the world, or adopting a new child, is an incredibly special time in life.  Mesavita provides 40 hours of paid parental leave so you can enjoy that time with your growing family.

Social & Morale Events

Paid Bereavement Time

In the unfortunate passing of a family member, Mesavita provides 24 hours of paid Bereavement Leave so you can spend time with your family during this difficult time without having to worry about taking time off.

Giving back and helping others is part of our culture.  Mesavita donates a percentage of our annual profits to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.  We also encourage our employees to passionately support their favorite charities by matching their donations dollar-for-dollar to the charity of their choice every year.
